Returns & Exchanges
At KBS Golf, we are committed to your performance on the course. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and uninstalled shafts within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Shafts
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the shafts are protected from damage during transit, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship to KBS
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the shafts are in new, uninstalled condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
