How do I determine which KBS shaft is right for my swing?
We recommend using our online Fit System or visiting an authorized KBS dealer. Factors such as swing speed, tempo, and desired launch angle are critical in selecting the perfect shaft profile for your game.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return a shaft after it has been installed or cut?
No, we only accept returns on shafts in their original, uncut, and uninstalled condition within 30 days of purchase. Once a shaft has been modified or gripped, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Do KBS shafts come with a warranty?
Yes, KBS offers a limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, normal wear and tear, or breakage due to impact with objects other than a golf ball.
Do you offer custom laser etching or personalization?
Custom etching is available for specific professional programs and bulk team orders. Please contact our support team directly to discuss custom branding requirements and minimum order quantities.
Are your shafts compatible with all major clubhead brands?
Yes, our shafts are designed with industry-standard tip diameters (.355 or .370) to ensure compatibility with all major manufacturers including Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, and PING.
